Join local expert Belinda Martin at the Seaton Wetlands Reed Base to craft a beautiful swift made from willow. Your beautiful handmade willow decoration can be placed in your garden ready to welcome back the swifts as they return from migration in the spring.

Craft your garden ornament measuring 30cm, using dolly weave and random weaving techniques.

Hot drinks and biscuits are included, along with all materials, tools, and expert guidance. Please bring your own packed lunch.

About Belinda Martin:

A sculptor, designer, and climate activist, Belinda draws inspiration from natural materials to create beautiful works that foster connections and inspire hope through creativity. Belinda studied Fine Art in South Africa, pursued Interior Decor and Design at Plymouth College of Art and Design, and has experience as a climate campaigner, working with schools, community groups, and internationally. Belinda's passion lies in sustainable solutions that harmonise with nature to benefit the planet and all its inhabitants.
